Each cleanse comes with directions in order of when you should drink it, starting with 7am in the morning, and ending with 7pm before you go to bed. We have labeled the drinks according to the Ayurveda Rhythm of the day and have the heaviest drinks with the strongest digestion and the lightest drinks when you need more hydration and mental activity...

Each drink is created to replace solid food and snacks, and while you’re doing your Karmic Fix Cleanse, you’ll want to avoid alcohol, energy drinks, caffeine and nicotine. 1.  Prepare

To get the most out of your cleanse, preparation is essential. You’ll want to start weaning yourself off of your usual indulgences and make a few adjustments a few days before you start – don’t worry, it’s going to be easier than you think… and your body will thank you for it!

We all deserve a break once in a while. Think of your pre-cleanse meal plan as your way of getting your body in great shape before packing for your vacation.


It’s a sad but true fact that most of us don’t get enough water into our systems on a daily basis, but this is a key component to a successful cleanse – plus, it helps ease dry skin, irregularity and more. We recommend starting your mornings with a cup of herbal tea or warm water with lemon, drinking at least two liters of filtered water per day and ditching caffeinated drinks.


Obviously, starting a cleanse means you’re going to change your eating habits a lot, but it can help your cleanse – and be less of a shock to your system – if you make some simple alterations in the three days leading up to your start date. We recommend eating wholesome, whole foods, and skipping out on meats and poultry, refined starches (bread, white rice and pasta), dairy products, sugar, alcohol and nicotine, and sushi. So what can you eat? If cutting out all meat is a little much, supplement with fish – and enjoy fresh salads and starchy veggies. The day before you start your cleanse, try transitioning to soups and steamed or raw veggies. We also recommend supplementing your diet with fatty acids, like flaxseeds which can be added to your food or taken on their own.

2.  During Your Cleanse

Congratulations! You’ve officially started your cleanse, and you’re ready to start reaping the benefits of juicing. Here’s some things to keep in mind to help your system be in its best possible shape to keep everything flowing:

  • Keep drinking at least eight glasses of water per day!
  • Make sure you get ample rest.
  • Having trouble eliminating? We recommend booking colonics or doing enemas to help flush out any toxic waste. If that sounds like a little much for you, try a herbal laxative – like Senna
  • We suggest easing up on your usual work-out routine, but recommend taking one or two light walks per day to accelerate your lymphatic and circulatory systems.
  • Consider a massage or reflexology treatment.
  • Try a skin brush before you shower to open your pores and shed dead skin cells.
  • Treat yourself to warm baths and/or showers.
  • Take a daily probiotic to help your intestines repopulate the good flora you need, and to help you get balanced.

Feeling uncomfortable? Don’t sweat it! Remember, while your digestive system is getting a lighter load, your body is adjusting to the clean nutrients you’re putting in it, and it’s simultaneously ridding itself of all the junk you just don’t need. A lot is going on, and sometimes that can feel a little overwhelming!

But if you’re feeling exceptionally wiped out and need a little something to help pick you up, try some non-caffeinated herbal tea, or add a pinch of Celtic sea salt to your drinks. Still hungry? Try drinking some veggie broth. And if you really need to get some food in you, have a few slices veggies, or try our Spinach Pies.

3.  After Your Cleanse

You made it! Well done. Now that you’ve revamped your system, let’s get you back on track with a plan that will help you continue to feel the benefits of your cleanse and maximize its effectiveness even though you’re moving on.

The more you’re able to keep your system together, the better off you’ll be – and the best way to do that is by breaking your cleanse with some small meals that incorporate solids and liquids. For example:

  1. Day 1:
    Breakfast: Fresh fruit or raw veggie salad
    Lunch: Fruit/Vegetable smoothie
    Dinner: Steamed vegetables, raw vegetable salad (dressing: flax oil or olive oil with lemon)
  2. Day 2:
    Breakfast: Fruit salad, smoothie or vegetable juice
    Lunch: Raw salad, one type of steamed vegetable. (Try some goat cheese with it!)
    Dinner: Raw salad, steamed vegetables, small amount of starch such as whole grains (brown rice or quinoa) or sweet potato, legumes.
  3. Day 3:
    Stick to anything listed above, plus the pre-cleanse diet.
